Our production facilities are all clean rooms with a class of 10,000 to 100,000, allowing us to meet the precision and cleanliness requirements for the press processing of optical films. We can minimize defects such as burr generation by deriving optimal processing conditions through our experience and analysis of various functional materials and the conditions of cutting tools, enabling high-quality processing with a high yield. We have also introduced the same equipment in our factories in China and Malaysia, allowing for mass production with the same quality as in Japan.
